Went shopping for material to build a basic bending brake about 6' long. The aft spar channel (~4'10") needs the flange bent at 101.7 deg, the supplied part is about 92 deg. The outboard rear spars another builder received were at the corre e some ct angles, so ther may be variability in parts received. The main spar has a bend at the correct angle.
I'm using the design by Dave Clay. See http://www.ch601.org/tools/bendbrake/brakeplans.pdf
Found 18' of used 3x3 angle for about $28 including tax and torch cuts to fit in my car plus another $10 for a hinge at Lowe's.
